Policies: Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We offer free shipping on all domestic purchases! Your order will be packaged and shipped in 24 - 48 hours (business days) of your purchase. It will take 3-5 days for the product to reach your relaxation location. You can also choose "Priority Shipping" for an additional $28.00 (1 - 2 business days). Now that's fast! We currently offer international shipping to the United Kingdom for $26.00. We also ship to Canada and Mexico for $22.00 flat rate.
If we do not offer shipping to your location please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know! We will find a solution and make sure you can get one of our beautiful handmade hammocks.
FedEx is our primary shipping service. If a different service is used we will let you know. When the product is shipped you will receive an alert email with a tracking number for your order. Everything is shipped from our warehouse in Rochester, NY.
Your happiness influences our happiness. If you aren't happy with your product, then we aren't either. You have 30 days from your purchase to email email@example.com with your return request and proof of purchase. The item must be unused, resalable and in similar quality to when it was shipped. After your return request email is receive, you will receive shipping information on where to send the product. Upon receiving your returned product we will examine it. If the return is approved we will refund your money how ever is easiest for you!
Any requests to return or exchange orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. Shipping costs back to WholeStory Hammocks are paid by customer.
That Mango Sky doesn't match your living room walls like you thought it would? No worries! Exchanges for the same product type in a different color can be made within 10 days of receiving the product. If you think you'd like a different color better let us know! We can exchange your hammock for a different one! Email firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your desire to exchange with your order # in the email.
Your primarily purchased hammock must first be sent back to WholeStory Hammocks and received in resalable, unused condition before a different hammock is sent back. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
If a product is received defective (ie. broken strings, chipped wood) or damaged during the shipping process LET US KNOW within 30 DAYS. That's no good for either of us, and we're in this together! Please take a photo of the damage and email it to email@example.com with a description of the damage, proof of purchase and order #. This needs to be done within 30 days of receiving your product. We're here to help you help the world, let us know if there are product issues!
